The Passat we know and love is about to get a serious high performance make over, like many car makers there is always a demand for either a top of the range or sports version, in this case the VW Passat is due to get the sports treatment and it they are most definitely going to town on it.
300 BHP Passat
With a sports version, you need an engine, the chosen one is a 300 brake horse power V6 engine, which is the engine from the Touareg, but with some extra power. The will come with all the extras that would expect including massive and unique eighteen inch alloy wheels, heated leather seats, white background lit dashboard and badged with the new Passat sports name the R36.
